١٦٨٨٨ - حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ (١) ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ مَعْبَدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدٍ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
«مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاضْرِبُوهُ، فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاضْرِبُوهُ (٢) ، فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاضْرِبُوهُ، فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاقْتُلُوهُ: (٣)»
