١٦٨٥٩ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَاصِمَ ابْنَ بَهْدَلَةَ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ، أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:
«إِذَا شَرِبُوا الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ، ثُمَّ إِذَا شَرِبُوا (١) فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ، ثُمَّ إِذَا شَرِبُوا فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ (٢) ، ثُمَّ إِذَا شَرِبُوهَا الرَّابِعَةَ، فَاقْتُلُوهُمْ»
