١١٤٠٥ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ يَحْيَى، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
«لَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسٍ مِنَ الذَّوْدِ صَدَقَةٌ، وَلَا خَمْسَةِ أَوْسَاقٍ، وَلَا خَمْسَةِ أَوَاقٍ صَدَقَةٌ»
