١٠٨٧٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَزْهَرُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:
«مَنْ أَعْتَقَ نَصِيبًا لَهُ مِنْ (١) مَمْلُوكٍ، عُتِقَ مِنْ مَالِهِ إِنْ كَانَ لَهُ مَالٌ»
