١٠٠٥٠ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، وَحَجَّاجٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنِ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ، عَنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
«الْعُمْرَى جَائِزَةٌ»
