٤٩٠٧ - حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الرَّقِّيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
«لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ» «وَالسُّلْطَانُ وَلِيُّ مَنْ لَا وَلِيَّ لَهُ»
