٤٩٠٦ - حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
«لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ» «وَالسُّلْطَانُ وَلِيُّ مَنْ لَا وَلِيَّ لَهُ»
