حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ، قَالَ: ثنا أَبِي، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي حَنِيفَةَ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ،
«قَالَ: «أُقْسِمُ، وَأَقْسَمْتُ بِهِ يَمِينٌ , وَكَفَّارَةُ ذَلِكَ , كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ» وَقَدْ أَقْسَمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى نِسَائِهِ»
