حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ شَيْبَةَ , قَالَ: ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ , قَالَ: ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ , عَنْ أَيُّوبَ , عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ , عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِ
«النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ «يُؤَدِّي الْمُكَاتَبُ بِحِصَّةِ مَا أَدَّى دِيَةَ حُرٍّ , وَمَا بَقِيَ دِيَةُ عَبْدٍ» .»
