Sharh Maani al-Athar 261

Abu Jafar al-Tahawi

«فِي الْمَذْيِ وَالْوَدْيِ , قَالَ: «يَغْسِلُ فَرْجَهُ , وَيَتَوَضَّأُ وُضُوءَهُ لِلصَّلَاةِ»»

Its text does not say these are the Prophet’s words ﷺ, so they are not framed in gold.
