٣٩٣ - حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا حَوْثَرَةُ بْنُ أَشْرَسَ، ثنا مُبَارَكُ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَعْتَقَ سِتَّةَ مَمْلُوكِينَ لَهُ عِنْدَ مَوْتِهِ، وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ مَالٌ غَيْرُهُمْ،
«فَأَقْرَعَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْنَهُمْ، فَأَعْتَقَ اثْنَيْنِ وَرَدَّ أَرْبَعَةً فِي الرِّقِّ»
