٦٩ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ سَلْمٍ الرَّازِيُّ، ثَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، ثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ خَارِجَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
«لَا وَصِيَّةَ لِوَارِثٍ»
