٦٨٤٤ - حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ الْقَاضِي، وَأَبُو خَلِيفَةَ، قَالَا: ثنا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثنا هَمَّامٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:
«الْعُمْرَى جَائِزَةٌ»
