٦٨٣٧ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَخْرَمُ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، ثنا زَيْدُ بْنُ أَخْرَمَ، ثنا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ، ثنا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:
«الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا»
