١٣٧٨ - أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، ثنا مِنْجَابُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، قَالَا: ثنا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ، قَالَ: أَصَبْنَا غَنَمًا لِلْعَدُوِّ فَانْتَهَبْنَاهَا فَنَصَبْنَا قُدُورَنَا، فَمَرَّ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالْقُدُورِ، فَأَمَرَ بِهَا فَأُكْفِئَتْ، ثُمَّ قَالَ:

«إِنَّ النُّهْبَةَ لَا تَحِلُّ»
