أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عُلَيَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ،
«مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِذَا أَنْكَحَ الْوَلِيَّانِ فَالْأَوَّلُ أَحَقُّ، وَإِذَا بَاعَ الْمُجِيزَانِ فَالْأَوَّلُ أَحَقُّ»
