أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ
«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ «نَهَى عَنْ الْمُزَابَنَةِ» وَالْمُزَابَنَةُ بَيْعُ الثَّمَرِ بِالتَّمْرِ كَيْلًا وَبَيْعُ الْكَرْمِ بِالزَّبِيبِ كَيْلًا.»
