حَدَّثَنَا نُعَيْمٌ ثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نُعَيْمٍ الْمَعَافِرِيِّ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الْمَشْيَخَةَ،
«يَقُولُونَ: «مَنْ أَمَرَ بِمَعْرُوفٍ، وَنَهَى عَنْ مُنْكَرٍ، فَهُوَ خَلِيفَةُ اللَّهِ فِي الْأَرْضِ، وَخَلِيفَةُ كِتَابِهِ، وَخَلِيفَةُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ»
