٤٦٣٥ - أَخْبَرَنَا ‌قُتَيْبَةُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ‌اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ ‌نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ‌ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:

«أَيُّمَا امْرِئٍ أَبَّرَ نَخْلًا ثُمَّ بَاعَ أَصْلَهَا، فَلِلَّذِي أَبَّرَ ثَمَرُ النَّخْلِ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ .»
