٤٥٣٣ - أَخْبَرَنِي ‌زِيَادُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ‌ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ‌أَيُّوبُ ، عَنْ ‌نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ‌ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ

«نَهَى عَنِ الْمُزَابَنَةِ، وَالْمُزَابَنَةُ: أَنْ يُبَاعَ مَا فِي رُءُوسِ النَّخْلِ بِتَمْرٍ بِكَيْلٍ مُسَمًّى، إِنْ زَادَ لِي، وَإِنْ نَقَصَ فَعَلَيَّ»
