٤٤٧١ - أَخْبَرَنَا ‌قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ‌اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ ‌نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ‌ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:

«الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ حَتَّى يَفْتَرِقَا، أَوْ يَكُونَ بَيْعَ خِيَارٍ. وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ نَافِعٌ: أَوْ يَقُولَ أَحَدُهُمَا لِلْآخَرِ: اخْتَرْ»
