٤٠٩٢ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْمُؤَمَّلُ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ مَرْثَدٍ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
«مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ.»
