٣٩٩٢ - أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى، عَنْ خَالِدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا وَائِلٍ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:
«أَوَّلُ مَا يُحْكَمُ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ فِي الدِّمَاءِ»
