٣٧٤١ - أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ مُسَاوِرٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَمْرٍو ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
«الْعُمْرَى لِمَنْ أُعْمِرَهَا هِيَ لَهُ وَلِعَقِبِهِ، يَرِثُهَا مَنْ يَرِثُهُ مِنْ عَقِبِهِ»
