٣٧٢٥ - أَخْبَرَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ بَكَّارِ بْنِ بِلَالٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ هُوَ ابْنُ بَشِيرٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:
«إِنَّ الْعُمْرَى جَائِزَةٌ»
