٣٧٢٢ - أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ ، عَنْ حُجْرٍ الْمَدَرِيِّ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ :
«أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى بِالْعُمْرَى لِلْوَارِثِ»
