٣٦٩٧ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْأَشْعَثِ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
«الْعَائِدُ فِي هِبَتِهِ كَالْعَائِدِ فِي قَيْئِهِ.»
