٣٥٤٢ - أَخْبَرَنَا ‌الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ - هُوَ الدُّورِيُّ - قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ‌الْأَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ ‌زَائِدَةَ ، عَنْ ‌هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ ‌حَفْصَةَ ، عَنْ ‌أُمِّ عَطِيَّةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:

«أَنَّهُ رَخَّصَ لِلْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا عِنْدَ طُهْرِهَا فِي الْقُسْطِ وَالْأَظْفَارِ»
