٣٤٠٤ - أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
«الْمُطَلَّقَةُ ثَلَاثًا لَيْسَ لَهَا سُكْنَى وَلَا نَفَقَةٌ»
