٣٣٩٥ - أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ:
«طَلَاقُ السُّنَّةِ أَنْ يُطَلِّقَهَا طَاهِرًا فِي غَيْرِ جِمَاعٍ»
