٣٢٩٩ - أَخْبَرَنِي ‌إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ‌حَجَّاجٌ، عَنِ ‌ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ ‌أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ ‌جَابِرٍ قَالَ:

«نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ تُنْكَحَ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا، أَوْ عَلَى خَالَتِهَا»
