٢٨٣٣ - أَخْبَرَنَا ‌زِيَادُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ‌ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، قَالَ: أَنْبَأَنَا ‌أَيُّوبُ ، عَنْ ‌نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ‌ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ:

«قَالَ رَجُلٌ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، مَا نَقْتُلُ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ إِذَا أَحْرَمْنَا؟ قَالَ: خَمْسٌ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَى مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ: الْحِدَأَةُ، وَالْغُرَابُ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ، وَالْعَقْرَبُ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ»
