٢٥٠٢ - أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ:
«فَرَضَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ زَكَاةَ رَمَضَانَ عَلَى كُلِّ صَغِيرٍ وَكَبِيرٍ حُرٍّ وَعَبْدٍ ذَكَرٍ وَأُنْثَى؛ صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ شَعِيرٍ»
