٢٣٤٢ - أَخْبَرَنَا ‌مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ‌الْمُعْتَمِرُ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ ‌عُبَيْدَ اللهِ ، عَنْ ‌نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ‌ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ:

«إِذَا لَمْ يُجْمِعِ الرَّجُلُ الصَّوْمَ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ فَلَا يَصُمْ»
