٧٣٠٦ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:
«رُفِعَ الْقَلَمُ عَنْ ثَلَاثَةٍ عَنِ النَّائِمِ حَتَّى يَسْتَيْقِظَ وَالْمَعْتُوهِ أَوْ قَالَ: الْمَجْنُونِ حَتَّى يَعْقِلَ وَالصَّغِيرِ حَتَّى يَشُبَّ»
