٧٠٠٤ - أَخْبَرَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَظِيمِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرًا، يَقُولُ:
«كَتَبَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى كُلِّ بَطْنٍ عُقُولَةً، وَلَا يَحِلُّ لِمَوْلًى أَنْ يَتَوَلَّى مُسْلِمًا بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِ»
