٦٥٣٥ - أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
«الْعُمْرَى جَائِزَةٌ لِأَهْلِهَا، وَالرُّقْبَى جَائِزَةٌ لِأَهْلِهَا.»
