٦٣٣٣ - أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرِ بْنِ إِيَاسٍ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، وَيَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، وَذَكَرَ آخَرَ ثَلَاثَتَهُمْ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
«لَيْسَ لِلْقَاتِلِ مِنَ الْمِيرَاثِ شَيْءٌ»
