٣٨٠٢ - أَخْبَرَنِي زِيَادُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، دَلُّوَيْهِ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَجُلٌ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، مَا نَقْتُلُ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ إِذَا أَحْرَمْنَا؟ قَالَ:
«خَمْسٌ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَى مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ: الْحِدَّاءُ، وَالْغُرَابُ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ، وَالْعَقْرَبُ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ»
