٣٥٤١ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الْمُؤَمَّلُ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ مَرْثَدٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
«مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ.»
