٦٢٤٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أبو العبّاس محمد بن يعقوب، حَدَّثَنَا إبراهيم بن مَرزُوق، حَدَّثَنَا سعيد بن عامر، حَدَّثَنَا شُعبة، عن أبي بَلْج، عن مصعب بن سعد، عن سعد: أنَّ رجلًا نالَ من عليّ، فدعا عليه سعدُ بنُ مالك، فجاءتْه ناقةٌ أو جملٌ فقتله، فأَعتَقَ سعدٌ نَسَمةً وحَلَفَ أن لا يدعوَ على أَحد (٢) .Rulings
