٩٢٨/ ٢٨٩ - مَالِكٌ ، عَنِ الثِّقَةِ (١) عِنْدَهُ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ وعَنْ بُسْرِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ؛ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:
«فِيمَا سَقَتِ السَّمَاءُ وَالْعُيُونُ وَالْبَعْلُ؛ الْعُشْرُ. وَمَا (٢) سُقِيَ بِالنَّضْحِ نِصْفُ الْعُشْرِ»
