٣٥٨٠/ ٨٠٠ - ‌مَالِكٌ عَنْ ‌نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ‌سَائِبَةَ، مَوْلَاةٍ لعَائِشَةَ [*] ؛ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ قَتْلِ الْجِنَّانِ الَّتِي فِي الْبُيُوتِ. إِلَاّ ذَا (٢) الطُّفْيَتَيْنِ وَالْأَبْتَرَ (٣) . فَإِنَّهُمَا يَخْطِفَانِ الْبَصَرَ. وَيَطَرَحَانِ مَا فِي بُطُونِ النِّسَاءِ .
