٣١٦١ - ‌مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ ‌يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ ‌سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ: تُعَاقِلُ الْمَرْأَةُ الرَّجُلَ إِلَى ثُلُثِ الدِّيَةِ. إِصْبَعُهَا كَإِصْبَعِهِ. وَسِنُّهَا كَسِنِّهِ. وَمَوُضِحَتُهَا كَمُوضِحَتِهِ. وَمُنَقِّلَتُهَا كَمُنَقِّلَتِهِ .
