٢٨١٧/ ٦١٠ - ‌مَالِكٌ عَنْ ‌نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ‌عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ؛ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:

«مَا حَقُّ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ، لَهُ شَيْءٌ يُوصِي فِيهِ، يَبِيتُ لَيْلَتَيْنِ (١) ، إِلَاّ وَوَصِيَّتُهُ عِنْدَهُ مَكْتُوبَةٌ»
