١٥٧٠ - قَالَ مَالِكٌ : وَكُلُّ شَيْءٍ فُدِيَ، فَفِي صِغَارِهِ مِثْلُ مَا يَكُونُ فِي كِبَارِهِ. وَإِنَّمَا مَثَلُ ذلِكَ، مَثَلُ دِيَةِ الْحُرِّ الصَّغِيرِ (١) ، وَالْكَبِيرِ. فَهُمَا، بِمَنْزِلَةٍ وَاحِدَةٍ، سَوَاءٌ.The routes’ balance
