٣٩٣٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنْ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ، قَالَ: أَصَبْنَا غَنَمًا لِلْعَدُوِّ فَانْتَهَبْنَاهَا، فَنَصَبْنَا قُدُورَنَا، فَمَرَّ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالْقُدُورِ، فَأَمَرَ بِهَا فَأُكْفِئَتْ، ثُمَّ قَالَ:

«إِنَّ النُّهْبَةَ لَا تَحِلُّ»
