٢٨٤١ - حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَكِيمٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، رَأَى امْرَأَةً مَقْتُولَةً فِي بَعْضِ الطَّرِيقِ

«فَنَهَى عَنْ قَتْلِ النِّسَاءِ، وَالصِّبْيَانِ»
