٢٨٣٨ - حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَالِكٍ الْأَشْجَعِيُّ، عَنْ نُعَيْمِ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدَبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
«مَنْ قَتَلَ فَلَهُ السَّلَبُ»
