٢٧٣٥ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ قَالَ: أَنْبَأَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ أَبِي فَرْوَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
«الْقَاتِلُ لَا يَرِثُ»
